Mr. Thomas received a Diploma in Art and Design from Dyfed College of Art in Wales and a BA Honors in Three-Dimensional Design from Wimbledon School of Art in London. He has lectured on design at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts, London, Columbia University Schools of Art and Architecture, The New School Parsons MFA Lighting Program, he was awarded a Picker Chair from Colgate University and in recognition of his extensive body of international work was selected as a Guest Speaker at Light & Build Middle East.
He has worked on a diverse range of projects from the restoration and renovation of historic landmark buildings such as the GE Building in New York City, the Lisbon Oceanarium, the National Aquarium in Baltimore, the American University Medical Center, Beirut, to the comprehensive Core & Shell, Tenant Fit Out and Site Lighting for Devon Energy Center in Oklahoma City.
Domestically he is currently working on the Master Plan Lighting for American Airlines Trinity Campus, along with the Core & Shell Lighting Design for four of the new Office Buildings and associated Parking Garages. Internationally, he is in the Construction Administration Phase for the Kuwait University College of Science, Engineering & Petroleum, College of Business and Women Campuses encompassing nine buildings in collaboration with Architects, NBBJ and C7A. The project encompasses Core and Shell, complete Fit Out and Exterior Landscape Lighting, Street Lighting both pedestrian and vehicular for the fifty-acre campus.
Mr. Thomas has been a registered member of the Illuminating and Engineering Society of North America for 20 years.
Mr. Kelaher has over 25 years of Architectural interior design and Architectural lighting design experience as a Project Designer at Beyer Blinder Belle, New York, HOK San Francisco and Senior Designer at Gensler, New York. Over the past eighteen years Mr. Kelaher has worked on a wide range of projects at QTA, including corporate, retail, hospitality, museum, educational and residential building types. Completed projects include Devon Energy Center, Oklahoma City; BHP Billiton, Houston; Balyasny Asset Management New York and Chicago; BG Group Place, Houston; Conde Naste, NYC; Kuwait Science Center, Kuwait City; Shell Woodcreek Campus, Houston; Burj Dubai Medical Center, Dubai.
Mr. Kelaher has a BFA in Interior Design from the School of Art and Design at Pratt Institute, with further studies in Architectural design at D.I.S, Copenhagen, Denmark. He is a registered member of IESNA, and IIDA in New York City.
Ms. Mueller has a BA in the Arts from CUNY Queens College graduating Phi Beta Kappa. Ms. Mueller studied lighting technology at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and is skilled in AutoCAD and AGI. She is a registered member of the Illuminating and Engineering Society of North America
Kathrine has 25 years of experience in various areas of design encompassing a broad range of art and architectural disciplines including architectural art glass, working as a senior designer at Manor Art Glass Studios in New York City. Before joining Quentin Thomas Associates she expanded her skills at several firms in Manhattan including Kevin Wolfe Architects, a historical preservation architect based in New York City. She has worked on a most comprehensive range of projects at QTA, in both scope and budget such as; Comcast Center, Philadelphia; Devon Energy Center in Oklahoma City; Conde Nast, 1 World Trade Center in New York City; BHP Billiton, Houston and Shell Woodcreek Campus, Houston.
