The 1500 Louisiana building is a tower addition to an existing headquarters building comprised of a 1.3 million square foot 40 story office tower in downtown Houston.
Design of the base building tower and tenant fit out includes Public Lobbies, Elevator Lobbies, Trading Floors, Typical and Executive Office Floors, Cafeteria/Servery, Auditorium and Conference Center. The second floor features a unique circular sky bridge that interconnects it with its 1300-car parking garage and a neighboring building.
The project encompassed interior and exterior lighting of all public and tenant areas, including site lighting to unify the new and existing buildings, walkways and building top.
