The CalPERS Headquarters Complex expansion is 550,000 sf building with 180,000 square feet of office space, 25,000 sf of retail, underground parking for 1,000 vehicles. The new expansion includes a welcome center, conference center, library, fitness, daycare and underground parking structure to the existing campus in downtown Sacramento.

Lighting scope included all interior public areas, building exterior accent lighting, exterior landscape and streetscape lighting, as well as exterior terraces and internal courtyard sculpture garden. The project is LEED Gold certified.
