The new Conde Nast Headquarters at One World Trade Center is comprised of 1.3 million square feet over 25 floors of Office, Executive and Amenity spaces with expansive views of New York Harbor.
In a transformational design and fit-out over 25 floors, the new headquarters celebrates the media company’s diverse brands while helping it transition to a high-performance and more fluid work process to support a broader range of delivery formats.
The open plan areas include a custom ceiling system aligned with the structural grid and integrated flush lens linear lighting. Elevator Lobbies include dynamic Architectural linear down lighting solutions. A dramatic spiral staircase connects two amenity floors housing specialty functions, including a Cafeteria, Coffee Bars, Reception and Gallery Spaces utilizing a combination of integrated Architectural lighting and custom decorative fixtures.
The comprehensive brand positioning and environmental graphics program unifies the Condé Nast identity within the public spaces, while allowing each brand to express itself within its own workspace.
Other Amenity areas include the reference library, test kitchens, salons, photo studio and multifunctional conference center. The project has received a LEED Gold rating
