The powerhouse developer Hines pulled out all the stops for their Corporate Headquarters Executive Floors at Williams Tower in Houston, Texas. The 50,000-sf LEED Platinum project incorporates abundant natural light and views, leverages branding, and creates a more open environment while retaining and restoring much of the original millwork in the private offices.

Two-story spaces were designed in the lobby to open up the plan and take advantage of the impressive views that feature 12 visible buildings from the 17 that Hines has developed in downtown Houston. The project is branded with Hines’ mission and vision statements throughout the plan as well as large images of Hines skyscrapers from across the globe. Project elements include a large, state-of-the-art boardroom, additional meeting spaces, and a large micro-tile display system in the lobby featuring Hines projects.
